How we collect it Through our contact form, volunteer application form, QR code booking system, and directly during recording sessions at our studio or in the field.

Why we collect it To respond to your requests, manage our team, organise recording sessions, send our newsletter, and improve our website. We never collect data we do not need.

Who we share it We never sell or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Where it is stored Your data is stored securely on protected servers. Testimonies and personal information are stored separately wherever possible as an additional layer of protection.

How long we keep it Only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and in compliance with French and European law.

How we protect it We apply strict internal protocols and limit access to your data to team members who strictly need it. Contributors in precarious legal situations receive additional protection — anonymisation, separate storage, and careful publication review.

Your rights Under GDPR you can access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
